Breakfast battle: when should you exercise with type 1 diabetes?

Summary

This study looks at whether doing aerobic exercise before breakfast (fasted) or after breakfast (fed) is better for people with type 1 diabetes. Twenty adults with type 1 diabetes will train for 12 weeks. Researchers will track insulin use and blood sugar levels to find the best timing for exercise.
