Summary

This study looks at whether a home-based treadmill walking program can change certain markers of prostate cancer in men with low-risk disease who are not receiving active treatment. About 36 men will either follow a prescribed exercise plan or continue their usual routines. The goal is to see if exercise can reduce signs of cancer aggressiveness, but this study does not provide treatment for prostate cancer.
