Can a 4-Minute workout match an hour for mental health?

NCT ID NCT06313918

Summary

This study is testing whether a very brief, 4-minute high-intensity treadmill workout is as helpful as a longer, standard 20-minute workout for people with schizophrenia or bipolar disorder. Researchers want to see if the shorter workout is easier for people to stick with over 6 months. They will measure changes in mental symptoms, physical health, thinking skills, and quality of life.
