New study tests exercise and therapy to fight debilitating fatigue

NCT ID NCT06659627

Summary

This study is testing whether a 16-week program of aerobic exercise or cognitive behavioral therapy (a type of talk therapy) can reduce severe fatigue in people with myasthenia gravis. It will involve 60 participants who will be randomly assigned to one of these programs or to continue their usual care. Researchers will track fatigue levels, quality of life, and physical activity to see which approach works best.
