Summary
This study aims to create better, safer ways to test exercise in children with chronic health conditions. Researchers will follow 240 children and teens with cystic fibrosis, sickle cell disease, or long-term effects from COVID-19 over several years. They will measure how their bodies respond to exercise to develop new guidelines for safe physical activity.
