Summary
This study is observing 1,300 people who previously completed a 1-year exercise program for stroke prevention. The goal is to see if the benefits of that exercise program last for a total of 3 years by tracking their health. It is an observational study, meaning no new treatment is given; researchers are just checking in on participants' health outcomes.
