NCT ID NCT07362329

First seen Jan 24, 2026 · Last updated May 12, 2026 · Updated 16 times

Summary

This study looks at whether doing short bursts of push-ups and planks throughout the day (called 'exercise snacks') can improve upper body strength and endurance in graduate students. 50 healthy students who don't currently do upper body training will be split into three groups: one doing a few reps multiple times a day, one doing a max effort once a day, and a control group doing nothing. The goal is to find a time-efficient way to stay fit without long workouts.
