Can 'Exercise Snacks' build muscle between classes?

NCT ID NCT07362329

Summary

This study aims to see if very short, frequent upper-body workouts called 'exercise snacks' can improve strength and endurance in graduate students who struggle to find time for exercise. It will compare doing many easy sessions spread throughout the day against one harder daily session, with both groups doing the same total weekly exercise. The goal is to find the most time-efficient and sustainable way for busy students to stay fit.
