Summary
This study aims to see if short, frequent bursts of upper body exercise ('exercise snacks') are a good way for busy graduate students to get fit. Researchers will compare doing many small efforts spread throughout the day to doing one big, max-effort session. The goal is to find a time-efficient exercise strategy that fits into a demanding academic schedule.
