First seen Jan 27, 2026 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 13 times
Summary
This study looked at whether resistance exercises (like lifting weights) or relaxation therapy (like deep breathing) can help people with mild-to-moderate chronic kidney disease feel better and move easier. Fifty adults aged 30 to 65 took part. One group did both relaxation and resistance exercises, while the other did only resistance exercises. The goal was to see which approach improved physical function and quality of life the most.
