New program aims to strengthen the backbone of Alzheimer's care
NCT ID NCT07388186
Summary
This study is testing a 10-week program combining strength training and relaxation techniques for people who care for a family member with Alzheimer's disease. It aims to see if this combination reduces physical frailty, anxiety, and the feeling of being overwhelmed better than relaxation alone. The researchers will measure participants' strength, balance, and stress levels before, after, and three months following the program.
