Can exercise rehab help tame a deadly lung disease?
NCT ID NCT07149935
Summary
This study is testing if a long-term, supervised exercise program can help people with pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH). PAH is a serious lung and heart condition that makes people very short of breath. Researchers want to see if one year of specific aerobic and breathing exercises can improve how far patients can walk, ease their symptoms, and improve their heart and lung fitness.
