First seen Oct 31, 2025 · Last updated May 06, 2026 · Updated 34 times

Summary

This study tests whether a 12-week group exercise program can improve exercise capacity, quality of life, and daily activity in adults with pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH), a rare disease that narrows lung arteries and makes breathing hard. Researchers will enroll 20 stable patients in Finland to see if the program is safe and effective. The main goal is a 33-meter improvement in the six-minute walk test.
