Can group exercise help people with rare lung disease walk farther?
NCT ID NCT06804122
Summary
This study is testing whether a supervised group exercise program can help people with pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH) walk farther and feel better. The program involves 15 weekly group sessions plus home exercises over 12 weeks. Researchers want to see if this outpatient approach improves walking distance, quality of life, and daily activity levels for patients who are already on stable medication.
