This study tests whether combining aerobic exercise with strength training helps people recover better after coronary artery bypass graft (CABG) surgery. Participants, aged 30 to 60 and cleared for phase II cardiac rehab, are randomly assigned to aerobic exercise alone or aerobic plus strength training.
