New hope for breast cancer: exercise and counseling ease emotional pain

Summary
This study looks at whether a program combining exercise and psychological support can reduce anxiety and depression in breast cancer patients. About 200 women who have finished initial treatment for breast cancer and still feel anxious or depressed will take part. The goal is to see if this approach improves their emotional well-being.
