Knee pain relief: can exercise plus PRP outperform exercise alone?
NCT ID NCT04697667
Summary
This study tested whether adding platelet-rich plasma (PRP) injections to an exercise program works better than exercise alone for knee osteoarthritis. Researchers enrolled 84 adults aged 40-70 with moderate knee arthritis to compare pain, walking ability, and daily function. The goal was to see if the combined treatment provides greater relief and improved mobility.
