Summary
This study tests three different exercise programs—core stabilization, amplitude-based movements, and a combination of both—in healthy adults aged 65 and older. The goal is to see which program best improves dynamic balance and reduces fall risk. Participants will be assessed on balance, mobility, and quality of life over the course of the trial.
