Summary

This small study tested whether a 12-week lifestyle and exercise program could help pregnant women at risk for cannabis use reduce their consumption. It involved 16 women who used a Fitbit tracker and received support to increase physical activity. Researchers measured changes in cannabis use, activity levels, and mental health symptoms like depression and anxiety.
