Summary
This study is testing a new exercise program designed with and for Black adults aged 45-65 to help them become more physically active. The goal is to see if increasing exercise can help prevent or slow down cognitive decline, which includes problems with memory and thinking. Researchers are measuring activity levels, blood pressure, sleep, and other health markers to see if the program works.
