First seen Jan 11, 2026 · Last updated Jun 22, 2026 · Updated 26 times

Summary

This study tests whether a combination of Kegel and Tai Chi exercises can improve quality of life, self-confidence, and bladder control in postmenopausal women with urinary incontinence. About 117 women will be split into two groups doing the exercises either 3 or 6 days per week for 8 weeks. The goal is to see if this simple, drug-free approach can reduce leakage and help women feel better day-to-day.
