Summary
This study is testing a program designed to help prostate cancer patients start and maintain regular physical activity. It combines personalized exercise plans, support from trained health professionals, and motivational coaching from fellow patients who have successfully stayed active. Researchers want to see if this combined approach helps patients stick with exercise for a full year, which could lower the risk of cancer coming back and improve their overall health.
