Can a simple walking plan keep PAD patients on their feet?
NCT ID NCT04252950
Summary
This study is testing whether a guided, community-based walking program helps people with peripheral artery disease (PAD) walk farther and feel better after having a procedure to improve blood flow in their legs. Researchers will compare a group that gets coaching and support for a 12-week walking plan to a group that only gets general advice to exercise. The main goal is to see if the structured program improves how long and how well participants can walk.
