NCT ID NCT05752500
Summary
This study is testing three different approaches to help older adults living with HIV become more physically active. Researchers will compare physical activity coaching, therapy to address common barriers like pain or low motivation, and a social support program using Fitbit devices. The goal is to find the most effective combination of methods to create a better exercise program that can improve overall health for this population.
