Summary

This study is testing a 16-week home exercise program designed specifically for Hispanic women who have survived breast cancer. Researchers want to find the best ways to encourage regular physical activity in this group. Participants are asked to exercise 3-5 times per week and attend some group sessions, while researchers measure changes in fitness, activity levels, and certain blood markers.
