Summary
This study tested a virtual coaching program designed to help adults with a specific type of heart failure exercise more consistently. Participants met weekly with a coach over video calls and had access to online exercise resources. The goal was to see if this support could help them safely meet weekly exercise targets and improve their quality of life.
