Could a simple exercise class help us age better?
NCT ID NCT07766954
First seen Aug 17, 2026 · Last updated Aug 18, 2026 · Updated 1 time
Summary
This study tests whether a community-based exercise program, combining mobility, strength, and aerobic activities, can improve the physical and mental abilities of older adults aged 60 to 85. Participants will attend hour-long sessions twice a week, and researchers will measure changes in cognition, mobility, mood, strength, and overall well-being before and after the program. The goal is to see if such a program can help older adults maintain independence and a better quality of life.
