Summary
This study tested whether a supervised exercise program, added to usual care, helps head and neck cancer patients feel better physically and mentally during and after treatment. 133 adults with head and neck cancer scheduled for curative radiotherapy took part. The program aimed to improve health-related quality of life and was compared to usual care alone.
