Summary

This study is testing whether a personalized digital exercise program and online support group can help improve quality of life for people undergoing treatment for gynecologic cancers. Researchers will enroll 60 patients to see if the program is practical and acceptable, and whether it helps with physical activity, fatigue, anxiety, and overall well-being. The program lasts 16 weeks and includes wearable activity trackers and virtual peer support sessions.
