Simple home exercises could help seniors stay on their feet

NCT ID NCT07258550

Summary

This study tested whether a 12-week exercise program could help older adults improve their balance, strength, and overall quality of life. Researchers in Malaysia enrolled 120 adults aged 60 and over, with half doing the special exercises and half continuing their usual activities. The goal was to see if this structured program could be a practical way to prevent falls and keep seniors active and independent.
