Fighting chemo brain with fitness: new study aims to clear the fog
NCT ID NCT07341217
Summary
This study is testing whether a home-based exercise program can help reduce memory problems and brain fog (often called 'chemo brain') in older adults receiving chemotherapy for colorectal cancer. Participants aged 60-85 will follow a supervised video exercise program before and during their treatment. The goal is to see if staying active can protect brain function and improve quality of life during cancer care.
