Summary
This study is testing whether a structured, supervised exercise program helps women feel better and reduces healthcare costs while they are actively receiving treatment for breast cancer. Researchers will compare the exercise program to just giving general advice about staying active. The goal is to see if this non-drug approach improves quality of life and is cost-effective for the healthcare system.
