New exercise program aims to help breast cancer survivors stay active through enjoyment
NCT ID NCT06258993
Summary
This study is testing whether an exercise program focused on enjoyment helps breast cancer survivors stay more active than traditional exercise programs. Researchers will compare two approaches: one based on how exercise makes you feel versus one based on how hard you work. The study involves 85 breast cancer survivors who finished treatment within the last 5 years and currently get less than 60 minutes of exercise per week.
