NCT ID NCT05522959
Summary
This study is testing if a 16-week supervised exercise and lifestyle program can improve heart health and fitness in women who have had early-stage breast cancer. It will enroll 100 survivors to see if the program helps their heart function, reduces body fat, and improves their quality of life and energy levels. The goal is to manage the long-term risk of heart problems that can sometimes follow cancer treatment.
