Summary
This study tests whether a 12-week exercise program helps people recover better after heart surgery. Researchers are comparing two groups of 76 participants to see if the exercise program improves their quality of life and physical function. The program includes both aerobic and strength exercises, and participants are evaluated before, during, and after the program.
