Summary

This study tested whether a simple exercise program before surgery could help people with head and neck cancer recover better. 52 adults did daily walking, sit-to-stand exercises, and other movements before their operation. The goal was to see if this "prehabilitation" improved mobility and reduced complications after surgery.
