Summary
This study is testing a 12-week program designed to help women over 40 who are living with both HIV and high blood pressure. The program combines personalized exercise plans, support from a peer, and home blood pressure monitoring. Researchers want to see if this approach is practical and well-liked by participants, and if it might help improve blood pressure and physical activity levels.
