Summary
This study aimed to understand how exercise helps people with Parkinson's disease. Researchers measured brain activity in 15 patients with deep brain stimulators while they performed two types of stationary cycling. The goal was to see if exercise changes the abnormal brain patterns linked to Parkinson's symptoms.
