Can a 12-Week fitness plan boost life after cancer?
NCT ID NCT06565260
Summary
This study is testing whether a supervised community exercise and nutrition education program is practical and helpful for people who have finished cancer treatment. Over 12 weeks, participants will do twice-weekly workouts and learn about healthy eating to see if it improves their confidence, fitness, and overall quality of life. The main goal is to see if survivors find the program easy to stick with and if it helps them feel better physically and emotionally.
