Summary

This study looked at whether combining aerobic and resistance exercise with protein supplements can improve muscle mass, strength, balance, and quality of life in older adults with age-related muscle loss (sarcopenia). About 110 people aged 60-90 took part. The goal was to find a practical way to help seniors stay stronger and more independent.
