Can fitness and diet before treatment shield women from cancer Therapy's harsh side effects?
NCT ID NCT07467824
Summary
This study aims to see if a special fitness and nutrition program can help women newly diagnosed with breast cancer better handle their cancer treatments. It will test if supervised exercise and personalized diet advice, started before treatment and continued at home, can reduce side effects, improve physical strength, and enhance quality of life. The trial will involve 66 women in Spain who are about to start treatment like chemotherapy, surgery, or radiation.
