First seen Jun 07, 2026 · Last updated Jun 14, 2026 · Updated 2 times

Summary

This study looks at whether increasing physical activity and stopping evening snacking can improve metabolic health in teenagers aged 12-18 who have prediabetes. About 80 participants will be randomly assigned to either follow these lifestyle changes or receive standard care for 8 weeks. The main goal is to see if these changes improve how the body uses insulin.
