First seen Jan 06, 2026 · Last updated May 21, 2026 · Updated 22 times
Summary
This study tests whether a tailored exercise program combined with a vitamin-like supplement (NAD+ precursor) can improve muscle mass, strength, and fitness in teens and young adults who had a bone marrow transplant for leukemia or other blood disorders. Participants will be randomly assigned to receive the supplement or a placebo, with or without supervised exercise, for 16 weeks. The goal is to help survivors recover from the muscle loss and reduced fitness that often follow transplant.
