Summary

This study looks at whether a supervised exercise program with resistance training and relaxation can help breast cancer survivors build muscle and improve their quality of life. About 66 people who have finished treatment for early-stage breast cancer will take part. They will either join a 16-week program led by a therapist or do similar exercises on their own at home.
