NCT ID NCT07491666
First seen Jun 24, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026 · Updated 2 times
Summary
This study tested whether a short set of structured exercises, done twice a week during physical education class, could improve gross motor skills like running and jumping in second-grade girls. 42 girls participated, and those who did the exercises showed better motor skills than those who did regular PE. The findings suggest that adding simple neuromuscular training to school gym class may help girls develop fundamental movement abilities.
