First seen Jun 27, 2026 ยท Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This study tests whether a program combining exercise and mindfulness-based therapy can reduce nerve pain and emotional distress in cancer patients who have nerve damage from chemotherapy. About 40 adults with early-stage cancer and chemotherapy-induced peripheral neuropathy will follow a structured exercise and mindfulness routine for several weeks. Researchers will track changes in physical symptoms, psychological distress, and quality of life to see if this non-drug approach offers relief.
