Brain boost or zen zone? study pits High-Intensity workouts against tai chi for stressed students
NCT ID NCT07443904
Summary
This study aims to find out which type of activity best helps first-year university students improve their focus and manage stress. Researchers will compare three 12-week programs: high-intensity exercise combined with mental tasks, low-intensity Tai Chi, and supervised brain-training games. They will measure changes in memory, attention, and stress levels in 120 healthy students to see which approach is most effective.
