Summary

This study explores whether people with Parkinson's disease can improve their quality of life, walking speed, and mobility by managing their own exercise plans at home using telerehabilitation. Researchers will compare self-managed exercise to supervised programs in 30 participants with mild to moderate Parkinson's. The goal is to see if this approach is as effective and helps patients stick with their exercise routine.
