Summary
This small study looked at whether a combination of exercise training and a ketone ester supplement could help people with Parkinson's disease. Researchers wanted to see if this approach could improve muscle strength, endurance, and heart and lung fitness. Twenty participants with Parkinson's completed the program to test these effects.
