Summary

This study looks at whether adding high-intensity or moderate-intensity exercise to compression therapy can help women with lipedema reduce leg swelling, improve mobility, and feel better. About 69 women aged 18-65 will be assigned to one of three groups: compression plus walking, compression plus moderate exercise, or compression plus high-intensity interval training. The goal is to find the best exercise approach to ease symptoms and boost quality of life.
