Scientists track Brain's chemical response to sprinting vs. jogging
NCT ID NCT07175831
Summary
This study aimed to understand how different types of exercise affect a brain chemical called BDNF and lactate levels in the blood. Twelve healthy young adults completed three different workouts: high-intensity sprints, moderate running, and low-intensity jogging. Researchers measured their blood before and after each session to see how the chemical levels changed.
